Sit in a quiet room and light a ghee lamp or incense. Face East if your focus is career, intellect or wealth — face North if it's health, protection or grounding. Sit cross-legged on a mat of wool or cotton, with a 108-bead rudraksha mala and a small copper cup of water within reach.

Traditionally Mantras A–L (21 reps) are counted on mala beads with a thumb stopper, and Mantras M–U (11 reps) on your finger segments — no beads needed. In this app, just tap the ring under each mantra to count instead; it's the same method, digitized.

Move from one mantra straight into the next — no breaks, one continuous breath. After Mantra L (end of Phase 2), sip one drop of water from your copper cup before starting Phase 3. Close with Mantra U — even a slow recording works if you can't recite it at speed — then sit in silence, eyes closed, for 2 full minutes.

Basic session (manual count): chant A 108×, then M 11×, G 11×, H 108×, and close with S 3×. A shorter alternative — note the counters below track the full protocol's own rep counts.
